Day twenty five.
Persistence.
Persistence is key. We have been running around downtown Alaska the past day and a half looking for an apartment and haven't found anything yet... Everything will work out as long as we keep trucking along :)
Sunshine.
The story behind this song is that when we got off the airplane in Anchorage,AK and jumped on the shuttle to the hotel this was the first song that we heard on the radio. How fitting and ironic "Bright Sunshiny Day" we are from the sunshine state and it's sunny 24/7 in Alaska!

This is how my day began... view from the plane of the mountains..
Then we took a ride down to the railway to see where we will be working
We then ventured to downtown Anchorage which is pretty drab and started our apartment search.
Then somehow ended up at a state park and I saw snow for the first time and tossed some snow balls <3
After tossing some snow balls it was about 8pm in this picture and we decided to go find some food.
That is when we ended up at Moose Tooth which is like Mellow Mushrooms for all the Floridians out there... enjoyed some pizza and a Raspberry Wheat beer.
Yummy <3
After our beer and pizza all seven of us squeezed into the car to wind down for the night or day.. .
(it is so confusing when the sun doesn't set)
